Sana'a: The Yemeni Authority for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control (YASMQC) in Sana'a has successfully concluded the second edition of its training program on automated administrative communications for staff of the General Office and the Secretariat branch.
According to Yemen News Agency, the month-long program was organized by the Authority's Training and Qualification Center in cooperation with the Information Center. It aimed to equip more than 200 trainees-including specialists, heads of sections, directors of departments and units, and Authority leadership-with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance their use of the automated administrative communications system.
During the closing ceremony, Abdullah Al-Atifi, the Executive Director of YASMQC, stated that the program is part of the Authority's plan to automate administrative, technical, and financial procedures to facilitate and simplify processes for monitoring internal and external transactions. He highlighted that the use of the automated system would reduce paper usage, securely store transactions, classify them by number and title according to type, track user performance, document all procedures, and identify completed and delayed transactions, among other features.
Al-Atifi emphasized the importance of applying the knowledge and skills acquired by participants and adhering to electronic processing through the system.
