Al-hawk: Al-Sahel flood school for Sharia sciences in Al-Hawk district of Hodeida governorate, in cooperation with the Women's Authority, held a speech event on Thursday to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches at the event highlighted the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday, reflecting on his noble life, and drawing upon its values and principles that promote good character, guidance, and compassion in society.
The speeches noted that commemorating the occasion strengthens younger generations' connection with the Prophet, renews feelings of love and emulation of his example, and encourages adherence to the authentic Islamic values he conveyed.
The speeches also addressed aspects of the Prophet's life and the lessons it offers in patience, steadfastness, supporting truth, and building a cohesive society. They stressed the importance of presenting these values to younger generations through effective educational and cultural approaches.
The speakers emphasized the role of Sharia schools in developing religious and cultural awareness among female students and linking academic learning with proper conduct and virtuous morals, thereby helping build a generation aware of its identity and Islamic values.
The Women's Authority also praised the students' participation in commemorating the occasion, saying it reflected their interest in the Prophet's biography and their commitment to drawing lessons and values from the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
