Consultative Meeting in Hodeida Approves Health Facility Improvement Measures

Hodeida: Health sector leaders in Hodeida province on Wednesday approved a set of practical measures aimed at improving healthcare performance and enhancing medical services through a field mechanism targeting operational challenges in hospitals and districts.

According to Yemen News Agency, the consultative meeting, attended by health office officials, district health directors, and hospital administrators, reviewed the current state of healthcare services and the operational, technical, and administrative challenges facing medical facilities.

Participants adopted the 'Three Challenges' mechanism, requiring each district and health facility to identify and address its top three urgent operational issues within a set timeline. Health Office Director Dr. Ali Al-Haddad stressed the importance of unified efforts, stronger field presence, and continuous follow-up to improve healthcare services for citizens.
