Al-bayda: A meeting was held on Tuesday in Al-Bayda Governorate to discuss the security plan for the central celebration marking the anniversary of the Prophet's Birthday. The meeting, attended by the Governorate's Police Chief, Brig. Gen. Ali Al-Sharfi, the Central Security Commander, Brig. Gen. Staff Ali Al-Rasas, along with security leaders and district police chiefs, reviewed measures to secure the event, facilitate the movement of vehicles, and receive delegations from all districts heading to the central celebration site in Al-Sawadiyah, in the middle zone of the governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Police Chief stressed the importance of preparation and readiness to secure the main celebration venue, enhance coordination among security bodies and units, and ensure the safe and orderly arrival, participation, and return of the large crowds attending the event. He praised the efforts of security agencies in securing public events, noting that this year's celebration is expected to be larger than in previous years, requiring intensified efforts from all security forces to ensure its success.
For his part, the Central Security Commander emphasized the importance of coordination between security forces and the Seventh Military Region personnel to maintain security and stability during the celebration. He added that this year's event will witness unprecedented public turnout, reflecting the historic stance of the leadership-represented by Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi-alongside the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian cause and confronting current challenges, in contrast to the weakness and submission that has afflicted the nation.
