Four Civilians, Including Infant, Injured in Artillery Shelling by Saudi Mercenaries in Taiz

Taiz: Four civilians, including two children-one an infant-and two women, one elderly, were injured when Saudi enemy mercenaries shelled a civilian house in Wadi Hanash, Hazran area, Al-Taiziyah District, Taiz Governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, a security source reported that the mercenaries initially fired two shells at 5:50 p.m., which failed to explode, before launching a third shell that directly hit the house. This attack caused injuries and material damage.

The victims were identified as 10-month-old Haytham Fursan Ali Abdul-Tawab, who sustained injuries to his hands and abdomen; Khadijah Taher Ahmed Farhan, 32, who suffered a head injury from shrapnel; Fawziya Khaled Dabwan Abdullah, 65, injured in the abdomen by shrapnel; and three-year-old Joud Fursan Ali Abdul-Tawab, who sustained a shrapnel wound to her right thigh.

All injured individuals were transported for medical treatment, while security authorities arrived at the scene to begin their investigation into the incident.

The source condemned the attack on civilians and held the Saudi enemy mercenaries fully responsible.
