Hajjah: The Hajjah Court of Appeal, Hajjah Primary Court, and Hajjah Primary Criminal Court held a speech event on Tuesday to commemorate the Prophet's Birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Chief Prosecutor of the Court of Appeal Judge Abdullah Al-Ahmar. Head of the Hajjah Court of Appeal, Judge Hussein Al-Houthi, emphasized the significance of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday and the values of justice, mercy, and fairness established by the Prophet Muhammad. He highlighted that this occasion serves as a reminder to uphold justice, alleviate suffering, and follow the Prophet's example in promoting justice, resistance to injustice, social unity, and adherence to noble values.
Judge Al-Houthi described the occasion as a spiritual opportunity to renew commitment to God and His Messenger, promote fairness, and recognize the importance of returning to the Prophetic approach in supporting the oppressed. He explained that in Islam, the judiciary is not just a profession but a divine mission established during the early Prophetic era. The Prophet's Birthday offers a chance to draw inspiration from the Prophet's life and the principles of legal justice and judicial integrity.
The event was also attended by Province Undersecretary Ahmed Al-Akhfash, heads and judges of the appellate divisions, Head of Hajjah Primary Court Judge Yousef Al-Dhari, Head of the Primary Criminal Court Judge Fouad Abkar, and Head of the Grievances Redress Authority branch Judge Abdulmajid Sharaf Al-Din. Deputy Mobilization Officer Abdullah Shayem spoke on the occasion, considering it a spiritual opportunity for renewing values of unity, solidarity, and connection with the Prophet's example.
Shayem emphasized that commemorating the occasion strengthens public awareness of the Prophetic message's values and principles, which serve as a path to dignity and honor for the nation. He affirmed that the event reflects the Yemeni people's adherence to their faith-based identity and rejection of domination and colonialism.
