Start of Performance Evaluation in Sha’ub District, Its Executive Offices

Sanaa: The evaluation team in the Capital Sanaa, led by administrative body member and team leader Hammoud Al Naqeeb, commenced the process of assessing the performance and discipline of Sha'ub district and its executive offices. The evaluation focuses on the services provided to citizens and the execution and completion of various works and projects.

According to Yemen News Agency, the team, along with directors of monitoring and evaluation in the Secretariat, Abdul Halim Al Sukri, financial resources Yassin Al Azazi, and resource control Bakeel Al Azki, met with the Secretary General of the local council in the district, Mohammed Al Hadrami. Al Hadrami elaborated on the implementation of tasks, the main challenges facing the executive offices, and the achievements in service, development, economic empowerment, and other areas.

During the meeting, Al Naqeeb discussed the evaluation mechanisms and axes of work progress and performance of the executive offices. This included assessing job discipline, applying effective policies and systems, management efficiency, citizen interactions, transaction completion, and service provision. He emphasized assessing the implementation of development plan projects, budget management, financial resource collection, cooperative association status, community initiatives, agricultural projects, charitable works, and cultural and awareness efforts.

Al Naqeeb highlighted the importance of enhanced coordination between the Capital Secretariat and Sha'ub district in implementing service and development projects. He praised the district leadership and executive offices for their engagement in project implementation and the cooperative association's efforts during the past period.

Al Sakri presented a report detailing key observations regarding performance evaluation and the achievements over the past year. He stressed the need for intensified efforts to improve service and development performance, commending the district leadership and executive offices for addressing previous issues and striving to enhance work mechanisms.
