Hodeidah: Residents of Hodeidah city gathered on Saturday in a tribal armed rally to declare full mobilization in support of Palestine and to confront the enemies of the nation, under the slogan 'General Mobilization in Support of Palestine and Confronting Enemy Plots.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the rally, led by Hodeidah Governor Abdullah Atifi, First Deputy Governor Ahmed al-Bashri, and a number of local officials, echoed chants of mobilization and unity, reaffirming the steadfast stance of the people of Tihama in supporting Palestine as the central cause of the Islamic nation.
Participants declared mobilization and readiness for jihad, stressing their full preparedness with weapons, men, and resources to engage in what they described as a sacred battle against the American-Zionist aggression. They emphasized that the blood of the people of Gaza is a trust upon the nation until God's promise of victory and empowerment is fulfilled.
Residents from the districts of al-Mina, al-Hawk, and al-Hali affirmed that today's battle is one of destiny, dignity, and identity. They pledged that the people of Hodeidah will never waver in supporting Palestine, regardless of the sacrifices, and that they stand united behind the leader of the revolution in confronting U.S.-Israeli hegemony.
They renewed their vow to continue the path of jihad until the divine promise of victory is achieved, stressing that abandoning Palestine amounts to betrayal of religion, homeland, and honor. They warned that the colonial project targets all peoples without exception, affirming that the blood of Gaza's martyrs will remain a beacon inspiring the free and exposing the complacent.
The rally strongly condemned the ongoing atrocities against civilians in Gaza, asserting that the Yemeni people will continue to stand in the decisive battle with their arms and willpower. They called for sustained marches, rallies, and popular movements in solidarity with Palestine.
Participants underlined that the massive turnout in Hodeidah sends a clear message to the world that Yemen, despite the hardships of war and blockade, remains resolute and determined to pursue the struggle for liberation, continuing full mobilization and readiness for all options.
They also praised the heroic operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces in the Red Sea and territorial waters, describing them as a victory for national will, a tangible support for the Palestinian people, and a blow to the U.S.-Israeli project of domination.
A statement issued at the rally, read by Ibrahim Shara'i, Director of the Tribal Affairs Authority in the governorate, affirmed the commitment of Hodeidah's tribes to the path of general mobilization, comprehensive preparedness, to standing firmly with Palestine and its resistance, stressing that supporting Palestine is a religious, national, and moral duty.
The statement reiterated that Yemen will remain present on all fronts with its people and arms, rejecting any form of normalization, betrayal, or collaboration with the enemy. It called for criminalizing any party cooperating with or facilitating the colonial project.
It further stressed that tribal cohesion and social unity remain a strong shield against the enemies, affirming that the tribes of Tihama will continue to stand at the forefront until the U.S.-Israeli project is defeated.
The statement concluded by renewing allegiance to the leadership of the revolution, committing to its strategic choices, raising the banner of general mobilization, and continuing the struggle of 'the promised victory and sacred jihad' through rallies and mobilization activities across the governorate until triumph is achieved.
