Scattered rainfall, sometimes accompanied by thunder, is also anticipated over the highlands of Al-Jawf, Saada, Sana'a, Ma'rib, Al-Bayda, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwah, and Hadramawt governorates, along with the western coasts.

The center has issued warnings for citizens to avoid being present in ravines, valleys, and flood channels during and after rainfall. Drivers are advised against crossing ground-level bridges during floods.

Further advisories include staying clear of elevated areas and avoiding proximity to trees and metal structures that can attract lightning. The center also recommends not using mobile phones, disconnecting electrical power supplies, and avoiding water to ensure safety during thunderstorms.

Additionally, warnings have been issued regarding reduced horizontal visibility due to rainfall and fog formation on roads and mountainous slopes, which may affect travel.
