Kushar: The local authority and General Mobilization in the districts of Kushar and Mustaba in Hajjah province today launched the events celebrating the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, at the launch, which took place in the Aaham area in the presence of the province's deputy governor, Ahmed Al-Mu'ayyad, the deputy governor of the province, Mohammed Al-Qadi, and the head of the guidance sector, scholar Hussein Jahaf, emphasized the importance of commemorating the anniversary of Yawm al-Wilayah to renew the covenant and loyalty to God and His Messenger, and sincere allegiance to Imam Ali (may God honor his face).
They pointed to the necessity of instilling the values embodied by Imam Ali in the souls of generations, and drawing lessons from his courage, sacrifice, heroism, and stances in supporting the Islamic religion.
They also affirmed the importance of commemorating this occasion to deepen awareness of the concept of divine guardianship (wilayah), as the authentic Quranic principle from which the foundations of faith and righteousness derive.
They reviewed the significance of commemorating Yawm al-Wilayah and the historical aspects associated with it, and its role in consolidating adherence to the Muhammadan path and the path of Imam Ali (may God honor his face), and enhancing the factors of steadfastness in the face of the forces of invasion and mercenarism.
