Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index concluded Wednesday's trading session at 7348.49 points, reflecting a rise of 45.2 points or 0.62 percent from the previous session's close of 7303.30 points. According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value surged to 44,525,934 Omani rials, marking a 104.9 percent jump compared to the prior session's value of 21,727,824 Omani rials. The Muscat Stock Exchange's report highlighted a 0.267 percent increase in market capitalization, bringing it to approximately 36.24 billion Omani rials. Non-Omani investors purchased stocks worth 3 million and 67 thousand Omani riyals, accounting for 6.89 percent of the total market purchases. Conversely, their sales reached 4 million and 389 thousand Omani riyals, making up 9.86 percent of the total sales. This resulted in a net decrease in non-Omani investment by 1 million and 323 thousand Omani riyals, which constitutes 2.97 percent.
